Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bilingual Clinician / Therapist (ACSW / AMFT) at Ark Homes Foster Family Agency located in Riverside, CA, with flexibility for remote work. The Bilingual Clinician / Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to foster children, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with foster families and agency staff. They will also participate in case conferences, maintain accurate records, and adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Clinical skills in therapy and counseling
- Fluency in English and a second language (e.g., Spanish)
- Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of child welfare systems and regulations
- ACSW or AMFT licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
