Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and standards for quality control.
- Assist with floor care tasks as required, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations within the department.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices within the hospitality sector is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
