Job Description:
Hammer tool experience from Infovista, karate, Java experience (not mandatory), Testing background, Functional testing requirement, IVR testing. Please see items below to help with the right candidate for this role:
Knowledge
Knowledge of standard Project Management, and Quality Assurance testing methodology, strategies, and practices.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and defect resolution processes.
Knowledge and experience with agile methodology.
Skills
Experience with Contact Center Applications including Voice/Messaging flows
Test preparation and execution experience, preferably within business applications and processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions.
Excellent prioritization, time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
Analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate and innovate.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organization levels.
Ability to establish plans and develop systems and processes.
Ability to work and think independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to translate quantities of information into objective-based deliverables.
Experience with Hammer testing tool a plus
