Duration : Day 1 onsite (Full time )
JD Network Field Engineer
- Experience - 5 yrs.
- Hands and Feet Support for physical check during outages, by replacing Power cards/ Line cards/ Modules replacements/ Console / uploading configured if device went to factor mode.
- Wireless – Hard reboot Access Points and replacing faulty Access Points
- Power Related assistance during Power / PSU down
- Onsite – On call Support 24/7
- IOS Upgrade – Physical assistance for Hard reboot /Console/ Device replace if device not come up/ Console / uploading configured if device went to factor mode.
- should have knowledge on Routing, Switching, Wireless.
- Should have CCNA level knowledge.
