Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and cloud security initiatives. You will play a crucial role in optimizing deployment workflows, ensuring high availability, and improving system resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and manage highly scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms.
- Define and implement best practices for CI/CD and DevOps culture.
- Lead automation efforts for deployments, monitoring, and security.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and GitOps workflows.
- Advanced scripting and programming skills (Python, Go, or Bash).
- Experience in implementing security best practices in DevOps workflows.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with multi-cloud strategies and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of FinOps and cost optimization techniques.
- Exposure to AI/ML model deployment in DevOps workflows.
