What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at Ark La Tex Home Health?
We are seeking an experienced Home Health Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in healthcare sales and account management. Established book of business in home health, hospice, or other healthcare sales, in the Shreveport/Bossier territory and surrounding areas, minimum of two years experience required.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted livings, and physician clinics.
- Conduct informational visits with patients and families to explain the advantages of hospice and obtain consents for admission.
-Make sales calls throughout the given territory to generate new referrals.
- Maintain call logs and weekly activity reports
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly admission goals
