Location

Southeast Texas Region – Beaumont, TX. Must be in office. This is not a remote position.

Job Summary

Strengthen client relationships by demonstrating accountability, being knowledgeable, and always maintaining a positive attitude.
Oversee and deliver all creative solutions from start to finish including photo, video, drone, and more as needed.
Edit and enhance video and photo media to create visually appealing and engaging content that showcases the brands and services effectively.
Utilize video editing software to assemble footage, apply color correction, add transitions, and incorporate audio elements.
Ensure a consistent visual style and brand identity throughout all completed projects.
Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing our services and offer creative consultations to showcase yourself as a subject-matter expert and provide in-field upgrades.
Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site.
Maintain responsive and consistent communication with our team.
Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment while staying highly organized.
Maintain calendar accuracy for time-tracking purposes and consistency.
Travel to and from scheduled shoots in a timely manner while driving safely.
Communicate any applicable field notes to respective team members.
Operate effectively within a team environment and individually.

Physical Requirements

Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another, indoor and outdoor through all seasons.

Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.

Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hand, and / or fingers.

Operating light machinery and / or electronic equipment.

Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.

Driving to complete job duties and standing for extended periods of time.

Requirements

3-5 years experience in Photography and Videography.

Existing portfolio of work experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Proficient with camera equipment.

Knowledgeable and experienced in script writing.

Proficient with editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects or any other graphics design / video editing software.

Strong time management, organizational skills and able to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes.

Positive mental attitude, team-oriented and willing to go the extra mile.
