    Responsibilities :

  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Help consumers buy & sell properties
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing properties and help fine reliable mortgage lenders
  • Negotiate on behalf of your client

    • Administrative :

  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and showings
  • Update property listings
  • Draft and electronically deliver documents

    • Research :

  • Perform real estate market analysis
  • Stay current with real estate markets, trends, and best practices
  • Search all listings to find properties

    • Marketing :

  • Create and distribute promotional material
  • Manage online and social media presence
  • Network with potential clients and local businesses
  • Run advertising campaigns

    • Qualifications :

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

It was started by Amy Cuny, a lifetime resident of the Eastern Shore and Orange Beach, Alabama. We are looking to be the local “go-to” real estate brokerage whose purpose is to serve our friends, family, neighbors, and clients by helping them reach and achieve their real estate goals and needs. Our goal is to stay ahead of the curve in education, systems, marketing, and service. We are here not to be about us but to be about serving others.
