Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial and client data across various platforms. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong ability to manage confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input financial transactions, invoices, and client records into QuickBooks and other software
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and client records with a high level of accuracy
Verify and cross-check data for errors and inconsistencies
Assist with bookkeeping tasks and document management as needed
Organize digital and physical records to ensure easy retrieval
Communicate with team members to ensure data integrity and compliance
Assist in preparing reports and summaries for clients and internal use

Experience & Skills
- 2 years of experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or administrative roles
Proficient in QuickBooks (or a fast learner willing to train)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills for managing data and reports
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in entering and verifying financial records
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in financial or business services is a plus
