3. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and reliable operation.
4. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns professionally.
5. Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures for proof of delivery.
6. Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
7. Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of packages.
8. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors regarding delivery status, route changes, or any issues encountered during the shift.
9. Uphold FedEx's reputation for reliability and professionalism in all interactions with customers and the public.
10. Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed to meet business demands.
**Requirements:**
1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
