Senior User Support Specialist/User Trainer
Project Description:
- Performs moderately complex litigation support tasks, including, for example, detailed review and analysis of case materials in a broad range of subject matters, such as financial records, health care materials, and other litigation files; detailed indexing of case files; drafting procedures for accomplishing litigation support assignments; document acquisition related tasks; screening for privilege documents; and conducting database searches.
- Proofreads and edits deliverable products.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Performing help desk functions, training end users, developing training materials.
Required Skills:
- Experience teaching and training users on computer applications; developing training course materials; experience with litigation support and eDiscovery
Preferred Skills:
- Relativity and Microsoft office suite
Education:
- Undergraduate degree preferred
Expected Deliverables:
- Help desk related completed tickets; training materials (PPT decks, how-to articles, curriculum)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
