Fire Alarm Support Technician
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire Alarm Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support services to fire alarm systems, including replacing fire extinguishers, fire alarm batteries, and performing small repairs to ensure that fire safety equipment is always operational and in compliance with safety regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Replace fire alarm batteries and maintain fire alarm systems to ensure their functionality and reliability.
- Completes associated paperwork in a timely, efficient manner per company requirements.
- Perform inspections, replacements, and repairs of fire extinguishers to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Responsible for truck inventory control.
- Communicates with ARK team members to effectively pursue company goals of installing and servicing alarm systems according to acceptable standards and practices.
- Communicates with customer concerning the importance, operation and status of their life safety system.
- Other duties as assigned.

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements :
Education and Experience Required : Recommend an AA degree in Electronics or equivalent technical school training supplemented with 3-5 years of related industry experience. Basic computer literacy required and system specific training. Industry licenses and certifications required.
