What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field testing support driver position at ARK Tech Solutions?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Driver to join our field operations team in San Diego. As a Wireless Field Testing Support Driver, you will play a key role in supporting wireless network performance tests across various locations. You will assist test engineers by operating designated company vehicles and driving through predefined test routes, ensuring accurate data collection and timely test execution.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Pick up the designated company vehicle from a specified location each day.
- Meet with and coordinate closely with the wireless test engineer.
- Follow the engineer’s instructions to drive specific routes and locations for mobile network testing.
- Ensure the vehicle remains in good condition and is operated safely and responsibly.
- Support the engineer with equipment setup if required (no technical background needed).
- Driver can take breaks while enginer performing testing
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Prior experience in field work or support driving is a plus, but not required.
- no traffic violation within 3 years
Vehicle provided by company, Gas filled by the company
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
