- Client Communication: Addressing client medical questions, providing status updates, and offering home care instructions.
- Client Education & Support: Educating clients on preventative medicine, wellness care, and laboratory procedures.
- Animal Handling & Care: Safely restraining animals, assisting veterinarians in procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
