- Client Communication: Providing status updates, home care instructions, pre- and post-op instructions, and medication administration guidance.
- Client Education & Support: Educating clients on preventative medicine, wellness care by age, vaccine requirements, laboratory procedures, and supporting hospital financial policies.
- Customer Service: Greeting clients, escorting them and their pets into exam rooms, ensuring smooth transitions to the front desk, and promoting practice products and services.
- Animal Handling & Care: Restraining animals safely and compassionately, assisting veterinarians in medical, surgical, and dental procedures.
