Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Lead Analyst Job Category : OperationsRequisition Number : SENIO002734Posted : January 8, 2025Employment Type : Full-TimeLocation Danbury, CT 06810, USADescription Position Overview (Summary / Objective) : The Senior EH&S Analyst will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of comprehensive environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) programs across all ARKA facilities. This role ensures that all locations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, while fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and manage environmental compliance programs while identifying and developing solutions to include financial impacts to business stakeholders to ensure operations run consistently.Provide strategic vision and leadership as the Environmental Specialist ensuring compliance and sustainability.Partner with local management and leadership to certify all applicable permits, policies, procedures, and regulations are compliant while staying up to date on relevant regulations.Establish and maintain effective cross-functional relationships at all levels throughout the organization.Respond to and investigate environmental incidents such as spills, releases, non-compliances, and complaints.Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to prevent accidents and injuries.
