Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge audio products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance amplifiers and electronics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative products that redefine the future of custom installed audio solutions.
- Develop and implement advanced designs for high-performance amplifiers and electronics.
- Provide technical leadership in product development and foster strong relationships with internal teammates and external design partners.
- Actively contribute to development process improvement and efficiently collaborate with global manufacturing partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on audio equipment design and development.
- Strong understanding of circuit analysis, simulation, and testing.
- Expertise in board-level communication and interface design.
- Familiarity with industrial design software and processes.
Desirable Skills
- 3 years' experience working with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Prior experience in the custom-install, commercial, and/or pro audio industry.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and certification processes.
- Experience working with embedded systems and firmware development.
