Appropriate Arkansas Educators License required. The successful candidate will possess the following:
Proven record of leadership in instruction and curriculumExtensive building principal experience
Deep understanding of K - 5 standards and pedagogy
Ability to work with principals to ensure effective instructions in all classrooms
Proven record of data analysis and application
Ability to set high standards for instruction and promote professional growth for self and others
Knowledge of federal programs and funding
