What are the responsibilities and job description for the Connected Coach position at Arkansas Baptist Children & Family Ministries?
The focus of this position is to increase placement numbers through the ongoing development of foster families and actively placing children based on the unique needs of the child and family. All actions taken in this role are geared towards building and strengthening resource families for long-term stability serving in foster care ministry- all with a Christ centered focus. The Coach is responsible for client services from family application to initial placement, as well as on-going assessment of the resource family. This is a ministry position where the main responsibility is to meet the above definition through service while sharing the Gospel in speech and action in alignment with all employment qualifications outlined in the employee handbook.
Salary : $37,000
