What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Assistant Teacher - Explorers Academy position at Arkansas Baptist Children & Family Ministries?
Hours are 9:30 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday. Explorers Academy is looking for assistant teachers who are willing to demonstrate Christlike characteristics; keep children safe; assist the lead teacher with lesson plans and preparation; help maintain a clean and tidy classroom; utilize Conscious Discipline; and have awareness of emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs in children. Assistant Teachers need to be at least 18 years of age or older.
