What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Teacher - Early Childhood - Explorers Academy position at Arkansas Baptist Children & Family Ministries?
Explorers Academy is looking for assistant teachers who are willing to demonstrate Christlike characteristics; keep children safe; assist the lead teacher with lesson plans and preparation; help maintain a clean and tidy classroom; utilize Conscious Discipline; and have awareness of emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs in children. Assistant Teachers need to be at least 18 years of age or older. This is a Substitute position and there will be no set schedule. We are seeking someone with the flexibility to work as needed.
