This includes assisting the NDR providing additional support or training., Develops topics for community-based regional provider meetings and assists with the distribution of program materials to the selected providers., Helps the network management team review draft provider directories, publications, educational materials, etc., Maintains effective communication and relationship (verbal and written) with the provider community, while working closely with the Network Development Representatives, to ensure problems and inquiries are resolved and education needs are met., Performs other duties as assigned, Provides administrative support to the Network Development Representatives and regional staff, which includes, but not limited to credentialing requests and status, distribution of provider reports, and in-depth research and analysis into complex problems and inquiries. Resources would include information received from other operational areas of the Enterprise, archived newsletters, customer service workstation, other systems, provider manual, and internal websites.CertificationsSecurity RequirementsThis position is identified as level three (3).
