Duties

- Perform repairs on various mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery changes, and software updates.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding device functionality and software issues.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to conduct repairs efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques.
- Assist in field service operations as needed, providing on-site support for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer hardware and equipment repair related to mobile devices.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, particularly Android and Windows environments.
- Experience in software troubleshooting for mobile applications and systems.
