Summary:

Experience and Technical Proficiency:
- Basic proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
- Strong background in Epic and/or non-Epic reporting and analytics. Epic Cogito (Clarity/Caboodle/Slicer Dicer/Reporting Workbench/Radar) and/or Non-Epic (Microsoft Azure analytics, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) technologies.
- Basic and fundamental understanding of healthcare system processes (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
- Demonstrated agility in adapting to changing project requirements and adeptness in project management methodologies. Proven ability to navigate through challenges with a flexible and proactive approach, ensuring timely and successful project completion.

Description
- Works closely with users to provide stable and reliable system analytics.
- Communicates status of current projects or problems.
- Acts as the second level support for the analytics projects assigned.
- Assists trainers in the development of training material related to supported analytics applications.
- Provides regular maintenance to dash boards, reports, metrics and all other analytics components.
- Performs analysis, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of system analytics issues.
- Maintains system documentation and audits.
- Completes change control process.
- Tests new functionality in releases to determine application analytics viability and integrity.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
