Description
- Demonstrates good judgement in design thinking, research, and owns user stories with diverse scope
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Research, conceive, sketch, prototype and perform user-testing
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features of website and mobile app
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
- Conduct on-going research to better understand opportunities for improving digital experiences
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Develop user journeys and journey maps
- Collaborate with broader Arkansas Children's teams to incorporate design thinking and facilitate user-centric solutions
- Other Duties as assigned.
