This is not your average corporate desk job—our studio is filled with energy, movement, and creativity. We’re looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented individual who loves keeping things running smoothly while supporting an exciting community of performers, students, and staff.
- Competitive Salary Range : $35,000 - $45,000 per year depending on experience and schedule, paid bi-weekly.
-Opportunities for commissions and additional income throughout the year outside of salary pay
- Flexible Schedule: Average of 35-40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday, with some evenings/weekends for special events

Your Role in the Circus
As the Studio Manager, you are the heart of the studio’s daily operations. From scheduling classes and coordinating events to leading staff and ensuring top-notch customer service, you’ll be the glue that holds everything together.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Be the go-to person for daily studio operations
- Maintain a well-organized and welcoming studio environment
- Manage the class schedule, private lessons, workshops, and events
- Send out weekly staff updates & communications to keep the team in sync
Staff Leadership
- Oversee front desk staff, instructors, and volunteers
- Handle hiring, training, and scheduling of staff
- Provide ongoing feedback and support for team growth
Event Coordination
- Plan and execute spectacular studio events, including:
- Winter, Spring & Summer Open Houses
- Bridal or Trade Shows
- Seasonal Recitals
- Promotional Events
- Handle event logistics, setup, and breakdown
Administrative & Marketing Support
- Manage billing, tuition, and client accounts
- Oversee internal studio calendar and deadlines
- Assist with marketing campaigns and social media promotions
- Support recital preparation, from costumes to communication
Safety & Customer Service
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for students and staff
- Enforce studio safety protocols
- Provide stellar customer service—answering calls, emails, and inquiries
The Ideal Candidate:
