- Collaborate on the development of comprehensive training programs for district staff.
- Collaborate in supporting district improvement efforts.
- Support leadership in identifying talent development opportunities to enhance staff capacity and support student success.
- Human Resources degree or experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, labor relations, and public school district operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Full-time position with occasional evening or weekend work required to meet district needs.
- Ability to travel between district sites and out of the district as needed.

Job Summary:
The Director of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, and management of the human resources function within the district.
