Position Summary:
Arkansas CPESN, a pharmacist-driven, clinically integrated network of nearly 200 independent pharmacies throughout the state, is seeking a motivated individual to manage membership and programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in independent community pharmacy operations such as a pharmacy technician, experience implementing and managing projects, has a passion for supporting pharmacy innovation, and has the ability to drive member engagement through meaningful communications and data-driven insights. The Membership and Program Manager will oversee pharmacy participation in Arkansas CPESN, drive network engagement, and manage the implementation of programs. On the job training available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service by serving as a member resource, as well as answering simple questions and/or triaging to the appropriate staff or board member to assist.
- Maintains membership database with accurate pharmacy demographic, program participation, and engagement information.
- Recruit, onboard, and engage independently owned Arkansas pharmacies in CPESN initiatives.
- Develop and communicate value propositions for programs and network opportunities.
- Drive program success by working alongside member pharmacies to troubleshoot potential challenges, advocate for needed changes, and connect participating pharmacies with resources.
- Analyze program data, distill down results into actionable next steps, and optimize program performance.
- Represent CPESN at events, exhibits, and meetings to promote the network and recruit members as needed.
- Attend meetings as appropriate and demonstrate competency on ongoing initiatives.
- Contribute to communications, including newsletters and social media, to inform and engage member pharmacy teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Community pharmacy experience preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, etc.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Hours and Location:
Hours are 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Occasional travel or after hours functions possible. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Compensation:
