What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Registrar position at Arkansas Department of Education?
Assists with student scheduling and master schedule; Assists with registration of students and data entry of student information as well as transfer of student data between school districts; Maintains school electronic records including student schedules, report cards, and transcripts; Maintains the accuracy and confidentiality of student information; Responds to inquiries from students, teachers, parents, and community; Compiles and submits a variety of daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly reports, as assigned including quarterly report cards and progress reports; Types, prepares, distributes, and files records, reports, correspondence, mailings, etc. related to building functions and principal needs, is computer skilled; provides support to the guidance office; Attends professional development training as scheduled; Other duties as may be assigned.
