- Proficiency in PowerSchool eSchoolPLUS and Enrollment systems.

Essential Functions
- Student Records Management
- Maintain and safeguard accurate and confidential student records.
- Manage enrollment and registration processes, including verifying documents related to residency, age, and guardianship.
- Process student withdrawals and handle the transfer of records while complying with privacy laws.
- Oversee compliance with FERPA and related regulations.
- Systems Administration
- Serve as an administrator for eSchool, PowerSchool Enrollment, and other district systems.
- Train staff on district systems such as eSchool, TAC, and Enrollment.
- Data Reporting
- Generate and certify student data reports for district and state requirements.
- Monitor duplicate enrollment reports and collaborate with other districts to resolve discrepancies.
- Work with central office staff on state cycle reporting to ensure data accuracy.
- Scheduling
- Maintain the high school master schedule and assist with scheduling in other buildings as required.
- Ensure proper scheduling and coding for students in alternative learning environments (ALE).
- Collaboration and Communication
- Act as a liaison between schools, families, and district staff to streamline processes.
- Oversee the registration process across the district and communicate updates to parents and staff through the Home Access Center (HAC).
- Office Management
- Perform administrative duties as needed, including compiling graduation programs, verifying honors recognition, and preparing reports for external agencies.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency with eSchool, PowerSchool Enrollment, and related educational data systems.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data management practices.
- Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally, with students, parents, staff, and external agencies.
