Job Summary:
Our marketing strategist will develop creative, targeting, channels, timing, and reporting for our marketing campaigns.
This position is hybrid eligible. Employee must live in the Little Rock Metropolitan area to commute to our West Little Rock headquarters.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Solid understanding of the inner workings of marketing campaigns and the marketing mix
- Great communication skills, both oral and written, using both in collaboration with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, and open to feedback
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with Asana is preferred but not required.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related field and five (5) years of professional experience in direct marketing strategy and reporting. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
