Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Little Rock, AR. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for various HR tasks such as managing employee benefits, new employee onboarding, HRIS Subject Matter Expert (SME) and file management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related field
- HR experience required
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Experience in Benefits Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- HRIS experience (preferably Paylocity)
