The Full-Charge Bookkeeper will oversee the entire bookkeeping process, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and tax preparation. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
- Prepare and process payroll, including employee benefits and tax withholdings.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management.
- Maintain and oversee the accuracy of financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and file sales tax, payroll tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
- Handle year-end closing and coordinate with external accountants for tax preparation.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
