About Us:
We’re a small, high-impact call center supporting 14 personal injury chiropractic clinics across Missouri and Arkansas. Our team of Insurance Verifiers, Collectors, and Lien Specialists plays a key role in ensuring patients receive the care they need—efficiently and correctly.
We’re looking for a mature, fair, and driven Call Center Floor Supervisor with a passion for leadership and accountability. This person will be responsible for guiding a 10-person team, ensuring excellent service delivery, and improving overall performance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of administrative staff (10 team members)
- Ensure the team meets performance metrics and delivers excellent service
- Monitor call data and workflow trends to identify coaching opportunities and process improvements
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and performance evaluations
- Train new and existing staff on procedures, expectations, and best practices
- Handle escalated inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving ability
- Collaborate with upper management to enhance team efficiency and satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedures related to insurance verification, lien processing, and collections
- Foster a respectful, performance-focused team culture
- Contribute to project management and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory experience in a call center or administrative support environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on management style
- Ability to hold others accountable while fostering mutual respect
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Experience in healthcare or personal injury administration is preferred
- Familiarity with call center technology and metrics is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are a bonus but not required
