Job Summary
Valley Health Care is seeking a dynamic Territory Leader who’s ready to lead, inspire, and make a meaningful impact—both as a leader and a hands-on caregiver. Based in Northwest Arkansas, this role oversees Chiropractic Assistants at our Fort Smith, Rogers, Springdale, and Russellville locations, ensuring operational excellence while also providing direct patient care and support.
As a trained Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll not only mentor and guide your team but also step in to deliver top-tier care when needed. This role requires regular travel between Fort Smith, Rogers, Springdale, and Russellville, with periodic visits to each clinic, and providing coverage at other locations as necessary. You'll also be responsible for conducting audits and performing semi-annual and annual employee reviews of Chiropractic Assistants to ensure the highest standards of performance and patient care.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor clinic staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Travel regularly between clinics to support operations and team development.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple clinics, balancing daily operations with strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrate exceptional time management to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Own and address mistakes proactively, implementing solutions and continuous improvements.
- Adapt seamlessly to changes in business operations, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
- Negotiate and resolve conflicts with employees and patients, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships to deliver outstanding customer service and enhance patient satisfaction.
