About the Job
The Quality Improvement Liaison position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. This role involves collaborating with plan providers to share quality performance indicators and best practices, developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers across all product lines, conducting telephonic outreach to members, and performing other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct telephonic outreach to members to encourage them to visit their physicians and close quality care gaps
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical and member experience quality
- Driver's license required; pharmacy technician, medical assistant, licensed vocational nurse, licensed practical nurse, or social work licensure is preferred
- Experience working with HEDIS measures and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and the broader Microsoft Office Suite
