The Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts is a specific investment by the General Assembly in many of the stateʼs most talented and promising young minds. Summary of Job Duties :

The Economics instructor will provide learning opportunities for students to explore economic fundamentals, microeconomics, macroeconomics, and personal financial management with a focus on topics such as the market cycle, the causes of unemployment, inflation, economic growth, the role of government in relation to the economy, differences between economic systems, and how business and consumers impact the economy.

Qualifications :

A Master’s Degree in Economics is preferred, though candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics plus eighteen hours toward the Master’s Degree will be considered.
