Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong computer skills, independent judgment, and professionalism when handling assignments that may involve sensitive or confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and email communications.
- Maintain and update departmental databases and contact lists.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and foster strong internal and external relationships.
- Create and process work orders for service calls and installations.
- Handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
- Operate independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Provide exceptional administrative support with a focus on organization and flexibility.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Schedule:
- This is currently a part-time position, Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Full-time opportunities may become available at a later date.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Some college coursework preferred.
- Ability to pass a State of Arkansas background check.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an automated office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level.
- Strong phone etiquette and familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
