POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
NIGHT SHIFT UNDERSILL LABOR 6PM - 6AM, Four Nights a week
Must be willing and able to work at night.
Must willing to comply with directions of the Foreman.
Must have basic knowledge of power tools
NO EXPERIENCE WITH GUARDRAIL NECESSARY
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND HAZARDS COME WITH THE JOB
Remove materials from truck for installation.
Install post by preparing hole for installation, loading posts into post drivers, and checking plumb and height of each post.
Layout and erect material and hardware necessary for installation.
Dismantle and install guardrail as required.
Perform all clean-up duties required.
Maintain accountability for tools and receipts.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Tools, equipment and machines that may be used on any given day by any employee such as: Company Vehicles, Punch Machine, Forklift, Hand and Power Tools, Jackhammer, Cutting Torch, etc
You will be on your feet, bending over, standing, walking, and lifting / carrying 50 lbs over your shoulders throughout the day.
You will be working outside day or night in all kinds of weather conditions.
You will be working on roadways with ongoing traffic.

JOB RELATED SKILLS
Demonstrate ability to comply with all OSHA and State Safety Regulations. Perform assigned work accurately and quickly while being a team player able to follow verbal directions. Be able to perform strenuous work consistently throughout the day while lifting of up to 125 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds repeatedly. Must possess basic reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

Pay: From $21.84 per hour
Expected hours: 42 – 65 per week
