The Arkansas State University-Mountain Home is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and administration of its Emergency Medical Services (EMS) program.

As EMS Program Director/Paramedic Instructor, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a robust curriculum that meets the needs of students, industry professionals, and the broader community. Your expertise in EMS education will shape the future of healthcare providers in this vital field.

Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in higher education and in the EMS profession. You will lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, commitment to quality education, and dedication to the growth and development of your team.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree, current Arkansas Paramedic License, and NREMT Certification. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are also essential. Instructor certification for an Arkansas EMT is necessary as well. As a respected professional in the field, you will inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
