Arkansas State University-Mountain Home is seeking a qualified Head Softball Coach to develop and implement a successful intercollegiate softball program. The ideal candidate will have a strong coaching background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to recruit and retain student athletes.
The Head Coach will be responsible for compiling and reporting game statistics, managing the team's budget, and adhering to institutional and NJCAA rules and regulations. Additionally, the Head Coach will support the vision of the Arkansas State University - Mountain Home Athletic Department and maintain positive relationships with faculty, staff, students, media, alumni, and boosters.
