Skilled Trades Worker
A unique opportunity to join the Arkansas State University-Mountain Home team as a skilled trades worker.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will possess expertise in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, and Mechanical skills. Key responsibilities include electrical work, plumbing installations, carpentry-framing and cabinetry, sheet rock finishing and painting, building maintenance, and basic construction tasks.
Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant experience and/or training in skilled trades
- Proven expertise in multiple trade areas, including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with state and federal laws, as well as agency/institution policy
