Compensation: $ 17.25 hourly
Job summary: Arkansas Support Network is seeking an energetic Part-Time Behavior Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing intensive, on-site implementation of interventions in both home and community settings, as outlined in the treatment plan. Your duties will include recording data in accordance with the treatment plan and reporting progress or concerns to the Lead Behavior Technician (LBT) or Consultant as needed.

What You’ll do:
- Lead the implementation of Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as designed and directed by the Consultant. This includes completing daily case notes, collecting data, and ensuring its accuracy and integrity.
- Uphold respect and confidentiality for all children and families by adhering to HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
- Safeguard the well-being of all children at all times.
- Follow Arkansas Mandated Reporter guidelines, BACB Ethical Guidelines, and the Arkansas Support Network ABA Program Policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll need:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably working with individuals diagnosed with autism.
- Excellent time management, observational, and analytical skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in an energetic manner that promotes creativity, flexibility, and self-motivation.
- Willingness to undergo training as specified. A Behavior Technician hired by ASN must complete 40 hours of RBT curriculum approved by the BACB within 2 weeks of assignment and pass the RBT Practice Exam with a minimum score of 80%.
