Contract Position
Compensation: $87 per hour
Job Summary: Arkansas Support Network is seeking a flexible, creative, and self-motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating behavior, designing behavior modification plans, monitoring their effectiveness, and modifying plans as needed. You will also provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior Technicians, Line Therapists, and Lead Therapists who deliver ABA intervention services.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop Individual Treatment Plans (ITP).
- Create and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) as necessary.
- Document interventions.
- Assist with training staff and families on implementing ITP goals.
- Train staff in data collection procedures.
- Consult with therapists on specific goals and responses.
- Respond to messages from staff (email, text, phone calls) within one business day.
- Provide direct behavioral-analytical services for children when assigned.
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients.
- Protect the well-being of all children.
- Provide staff training as assigned.
- Meet with the Clinical Director to review utilization reports once a month.
- Maintain a minimum of 10% case supervision for each client.
- Review treatment plans with parents and obtain consent before submission.
- Submit treatment plans by the due date.
- Remain in good standing with BACB standards and requirements.
- Follow the BACB Code of Ethics.
- Attend all scheduled meetings.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Completion of the 8-hour supervisor training as required by the BACB.
- Experience implementing a variety of standardized assessments, including but not limited to ABLLS, VB-MAPP, and AFLS.
