Full-time position
Compensation: $31,000 -$35,000 a year
Job summary: The Arkansas Support Network is seeking a Ticket to Work Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing Social Security Disability beneficiaries through the Ticket to Work Program. You will collaborate with the Social Security Administration to provide or coordinate services for ticket holders who select Arkansas Support Network as their Employment Network, ensuring that the program complies with all SSA rules and regulations.

What You’ll do:
- Coordinates participant intake, assessment, and enrollment, particularly by communicating how the program works and ensuring that the beneficiary is realistically prepared to participate.
- Develops Individualized Work Plans (IWP) with participant involvement, ensuring they complement the individual's training plan, goals, and abilities.
- Instructs participants in life skills, goal development, motivational training, job-seeking skills, job retention skills, and other subjects based on participants' needs.
- Continues to build and maintain rapport with SSA entities and employers in the community regarding job development for Ticket participants.
- Ensures accurate recordkeeping and case management for participant intake, case files, etc., while maintaining participant confidentiality.
- Assists the Vocational Services Manager with monthly billing and wage reporting for Arkansas Support Network when needed.
- Operates an effective placement program and maintains an active employer contact base, matching employers' needs with participants' skills.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience working closely with the community, business professionals, and participants to coordinate the delivery of programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
