Attorney

Arkansas Talent Group is excited to partner with a growing multi-state law firm in search of an experienced Attorney to bring a specific niche and client portfolio to the firm. This position allows you to leverage your expertise while enjoying the firm's collaborative environment and robust backend support. You will manage your caseload, focusing on exceptional client service in your area of specialization whether it be business, family, civil, general practice, etc. The firm is open to discussion regarding specialized areas.

The role may be based remotely but the ideal candidate will be located in Central Arkansas, able to work out of the downtown LR office periodically.

What You Will Do:

• Independently manage and handle client cases in your area of expertise, providing high-quality legal services from intake through resolution
• Develop and expand your specialized client base within our firm, with the freedom to shape and grow your practice area
• Deliver client-centered, solutions-focused legal counsel, building long-term client relationships and maintaining client satisfaction
• Engage in business development initiatives, leveraging firm resources to strengthen and expand your book of business
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to integrate your niche within The Wilson Law Groups broader service offerings

What You Will Have:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Arkansas and in good standing
• 5 years of experience in a specialized area, with a proven record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Established book of business with growth potential
• Active in the community relative to field of practice
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-driven with a focus on professional growth and client satisfaction
