Billing Analyst/Administrator

Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Admistrator to join our client's fast-paced finance team. The ideal candidate will excel at managing a large volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post a high volume of daily payments, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments
• Maintain and update accounts receivable records, ensuring aging reports are accurate and up-to-date
• Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate collection processes when necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and disputes
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Associates degree preferred or experience
• 3 years of experience in high-volume accounts receivable or similar role in a mid to large sized organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills and capacity to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in data entry and financial record-keeping
• Knowledge of accounts receivable best practices and accounting principles
