Full Charge Bookkeeper

Arkansas Talent Group is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Multi-Entity Bookkeeper to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and accounting processes for multiple entities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of accounting activities for multiple entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for each entity.
• Process payroll and manage employee benefits across multiple entities.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements for all entities, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns for each entity, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures across all entities.
• Create consolidated financial reports and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee junior accounting staff and delegate tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field desired, but not required
• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with a focus on multi-entity management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly those designed for multi-entity management.
• Experience with inter-company transactions and consolidated reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 5 years full charge bookkeeping experience in a multi entity environment
