Arkansas Talent Group is exclusively working with a large Investment Advisory Firm in Central Arkansas to help them find a Relationship Manager / Account Executive (401k) for their organization. This is a strong brand with rich history in Arkansas that is looking for someone to help manage Key Accounts in their Retirement Solutions Group.
This is a crucial position in the organization in maintaining and enhancing the relationships with 30 401k clients throughout the mid-south region, and the position will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned 401k plan sponsors and participants
- Conduct regular plan reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate participant enrollment processes and provide educational support
- Collaborate with record-keeping partners to handle paperwork and resolve service matters
- Coordinate and execute plan-related activities, including enrollment meetings and participant education sessions
- Monitor plan performance and compliance, making recommendations as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on plan performance and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in 401k plan administration or related financial services role
- Strong knowledge of ERISA regulations and 401k plan operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retirement plan software
