About the Role
The SVP/VP of Retirement Solutions will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance retirement plans for businesses in Northwest Arkansas. This role requires a strong understanding of the needs of local companies and their employees, as well as the ability to collaborate with strategic partners to deliver premier retirement solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retirement plan sales and relationship management, a passion for helping businesses and employees achieve their retirement goals, and a strong understanding of fiduciary duties and regulatory requirements.
This is a newly created position that will report directly to the CEO and sit in a brand-new office in either Fayetteville or Rogers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly for one of the most distinguished CEOs in the Financial Advisory landscape.
